Nuts are not only friends to watch the football. Many health experts as a super food meyebut nuts. Nuts contain unsaturated fatty acids and other nutrients essential for heart health. Food is included in ahealthy delicious meals.


Types of beans what is consumed is not too important, although thecontent of nutrients and fat in the nuts vary depending on the species. Walnuts, almonds, green beans, peanut skin, and so on,have a complete nutrition in every grain.

Most nuts are rich in omega-3 fatty acids are effective in preventingvarious heart diseases. Besides the nuts, omega-3 also may be obtained from the fish.



* L-arginine
Nuts are also rich in l-arginine, a compound that helps the health of blood vessel walls to make it more flexible and not easily clogged.



* Fiber
All types of nuts contain fiber which is useful for lowering cholesterol.Fiber also will make it easier to feel full so that we will not overeat.



* Vitamin E
Although it was not too clear but experts suspect this vitamin helpsthe development of plaque in arteries that can lead to narrowing thelead to pain in the chest or heart attack.



* Plant Sterols
Plant sterols (plant sterols) are organic compounds that effectivelylower cholesterol. Usually these compounds are added to variousproducts such as margarine to add health benefits.
